Introducing the new AVL Jacquard Loom - Jacq3G
We know you’ve been promising yourself a Jacquard loom. If only one were available with the right features at the right price. Well…that day is finally here. So wait no more!! AVL is thrilled to be taking orders for the most remarkable loom of all...AVL’s third generation Jacquard, the AVL Jacq3G.
The Jacq3G is an exciting step forward that, for the first time, puts Jacquard weaving within the financial reach of most hand weavers. You will be pleasantly surprised to learn that the Jacq3G offers you:
- more hooks for less money
- a quantum leap in weaving speed
- manual, pneumatic or electronic drive options
- our signature Dial-A-Sett System for ease of rapid warp density changes
and all of this is packaged nice and neat in our standard “A” Series frame, coming in at under 7’ (2.14M) high.

Besides its low ceiling height, you get light weight, minimal power and air requirements, ensuring the Jacq3G will fit anywhere from personal studio to classroom. And you have your choice of flyshuttle beaters, 1, 2, or even 3 sectional beams, automatic cloth advance, and more. All of your favorite “A” Series options are automatically available.
Furthermore, our exclusive Dial-A-Sett™ has been greatly improved. With a turn of the wheel, expand or contract the hooks to the full width of the loom from 8 to 110 epi. No more casting out and wasting all those hooks, and no more time consuming reconfiguring of the loom! The innovations don’t stop there. Take a look:
