AVL LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

Chico, CA --- AVL is proud to launch its new, improved website (www.avlusa.com) as a fitting reflection to the advancements being undertaken at AVL. The new website provides more than just a much needed face lift. AVL’s website includes many new features, such as

• New section displaying weaving product line by type of weaving. AVL offers one of the most diversion lines of looms in the world. We sell looms to beginners to professional fabric and rug weavers to automated sampling looms to $B companies worldwide.
• Interactive “Contact Us” links. The Contact Us link senses what page you are viewing enabling a customized Contact Us form to help you complete your inquiry.
• Embedded translation for 6 languages. AVL is a global company and we feel our website should reflect our international appeal. The translation feature is accessed in the left hand menu on the Home page.
• Dramatically improved organization of information. AVL’s website has always been praised for having an amazing array of content. Now, you can find it easier through a better organized structure and with fewer clicks to get there. Further, the website has embedded a much improved search function to get you right to the content you need. Just look to the upper right hand corner for the new Search function.
• Enhanced support content. We know that deadlines don’t know regular hours. Thus, we have dramatically beefed up our technical support content to help you troubleshoot , maintain or just to answer those nagging questions. There is even a direct link to contact Sue, our weaver in residence. This is one section of the website that we intend to keep growing.
• A new AVL user forum. Our goal is to provide a place where AVL customers can come to compare notes, cultivate relationships and better utilize their equipment. Of course AVL will also add our thoughts where appropriate.



We have already received many positive comments about the more contemporary design and ease of navigation. We are also happy to have received a few constructive criticisms - keep them coming and we’ll keep improving.
